Refund Policy

Payments, Cancelations & Refunds

At Women's Coaching Lab, we are committed to maintaining clear, transparent, and professional policies that support both client experience and operational integrity. By completing a purchase and participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in accordance with the pricing, billing schedule, membership structure, or commitment term selected at the time of purchase.

By providing payment information, you authorize Women's Coaching Lab to process charges using the payment method provided, including recurring payments where applicable.

Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information at all times.

Failed, declined, reversed, disputed, or overdue payments may result in suspended services, canceled bookings, revoked membership or program access, denied future scheduling, or termination of services.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, package structures, memberships, or service offerings with reasonable notice.

Coaching services, scheduling allocation, administrative preparation, digital access, and program availability may begin immediately upon purchase.

Memberships & Subscription Renewals

Certain services may operate on recurring billing cycles, fixed-term commitments, installment plans, or subscription-based memberships.

By enrolling in a recurring or fixed-term program, you acknowledge responsibility for the applicable commitment period and associated payment obligations selected at the time of purchase.

Where applicable, memberships or subscriptions may continue until canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined below.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the designated business contact email.

Where cancellation notice is received during an active billing cycle or commitment period, remaining scheduled payments may continue through the remainder of the applicable billing cycle or commitment term.

Unused sessions, missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, relocation, travel, change in circumstances, partial participation, or failure to utilize services do not relieve clients of payment obligations and do not entitle clients to prorated credits, refunds, reimbursements, or future service credits.

All subscription, membership, and coaching commitment payments are non-prorated.

Cancelations & Rescheduling

Coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions or denied rescheduling eligibility.

Repeated missed appointments, excessive late cancellations, scheduling abuse, inappropriate conduct, or policy violations may result in restricted scheduling privileges or termination of services.

Women's Coaching Lab reserves the right to reschedule sessions, appointments, or services due to illness, emergencies, technical issues, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, facility limitations, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly stated in writing, purchases are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of coaching services, reserved scheduling capacity, digital resources, personalized planning, administrative preparation, and program access, we do not provide refunds, prorated credits, reimbursements, or partial billing adjustments for:

  • unused sessions,

  • missed appointments,

  • scheduling conflicts,

  • relocation,

  • travel,

  • change in circumstances,

  • partial participation,

  • dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations,

  • or failure to utilize services during an active billing cycle or commitment term.

 

Lack of desired or expected results does not constitute grounds for refund.

Unused services, sessions, membership access, or program time do not carry monetary value and do not entitle clients to reimbursement, credits, or future service allocation unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Chargebacks & Billing Disputes

Clients agree to contact Women's Coaching Lab directly regarding billing concerns prior to initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with financial institutions.

Initiating fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks after agreeing to these policies may result in suspended services, revoked access, or additional administrative or legal action where appropriate.

This policy may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website.
