Women's Coaching Lab is a coaching service designed to provide a personalized, supportive, and elevated coaching experience. Our approach focuses on education, accountability, sustainable habits, and individualized support rather than generic workout plans or overcrowded classes.
Programs may include strength training, lifestyle guidance, accountability, and online support depending on the service selected. Our goal is to create a space where clients feel supported, empowered, and confident throughout their journey.

Yes.
Where applicable, coaching recommendations, programming, and guidance may be personalized based on goals, lifestyle factors, scheduling, experience level, and information voluntarily provided during onboarding or consultations. However, participation and implementation always remain the client’s responsibility.
Yes.
Online coaching services are available virtually through digital resources. A workout plan will be custom designed for you based on your individual goals, needs, and accommodations.
Online clients remain responsible for ensuring they have a safe environment, appropriate equipment where needed, and medical clearance where appropriate prior to participation.

After enrollment, you’ll receive onboarding details, scheduling instructions, and information about next steps.
Your first session or consultation is designed to help us better understand your goals, experience level, lifestyle factors, scheduling needs, and coaching expectations.
Depending on the service selected, this may include:

movement review,
passive and dynamic assessments,
coaching recommendations,
onboarding guidance,
or general education about the coaching process.
We may provide general nutrition education, wellness guidance, habit coaching, or informational resources where appropriate. However, services are not intended to replace individualized medical nutrition therapy or licensed dietetic care. Clients requiring specialized nutritional support should consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian.

Our services are educational and coaching-based in nature and are not medical, psychological, physiotherapy, chiropractic, psychiatric, or licensed healthcare services. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental health conditions
Training frequency depends on the individual, goals, lifestyle, schedule, recovery capacity, and coaching plan selected.
Recommendations may vary from client to client.
Clients should arrive with:
comfortable workout attire,
clean indoor footwear where applicable,
water,
and any personal items needed for participation.
Additional instructions may be provided depending on the session type or facility requirements.
Clients are responsible for disclosing injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy status, physical limitations, medications, or other health concerns that may affect participation.
You should consult a qualified healthcare provider prior to participating if you are unsure whether coaching or exercise is appropriate for you.
Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeited sessions in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions.
Certain memberships or coaching programs may operate on recurring billing cycles or fixed-term commitments depending on the service selected.
Applicable renewal structures, commitment periods, and billing schedules are disclosed prior to purchase.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all membership and billing details before enrollment.
Where permitted, cancellation or pause requests must be submitted in writing to the designated business contact email.

We understand that every woman has different goals, experience levels, schedules, and preferences. During your consultation or onboarding process, we’ll discuss your lifestyle, goals, training background, and needs to help recommend the coaching option best suited for you.
If you are unsure where to begin, we are happy to guide you through the available options.
Coaching sessions may take place virtually or in-person depending on the program selected and availability. In-person sessions are conducted in private or semi-private fitness environments designed to provide a comfortable, supportive, and focused coaching experience. In-person sessions may be conducted in the client's gym or condo gym in Mississauga, or in the coach's condo gym located in Port Credit, Mississauga.
Additional details regarding location and scheduling will be provided during onboarding.
Program inclusions may vary depending on the coaching option selected, but may include:

We accept major credit cards and other secure electronic payment methods available through our booking and payment platform. Accepted payment options will be displayed during checkout or enrollment.
