Our Commitment
At Women’s Coaching Lab (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we uphold the principles of dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), and the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Accessible Training Services
Women's Coaching Lab provides:

Private and semi-private in-person training within residential condominium fitness facilities

Online and virtual coaching services
For in-person sessions, we work collaboratively with clients to accommodate accessibility needs within the shared condominium gym environment. While accessibility features may vary by building, we are committed to making reasonable accommodations to support participation to the fullest extent possible.
For virtual services, we strive to ensure coaching platforms, materials, and communications are accessible and can be provided in alternative formats upon request.
Individual accommodation plans are available upon request to ensure training remains safe, supportive, and tailored to each client’s needs.

Website Accessibility
Our website is designed to align with WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards under Ontario’s Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.

Clients accompanied by a service animal or support person are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and condominium regulations. Any relevant building policies will be communicated in advance where required.
